外国人在中国如何申请签证？

外国人在中国工作并取得劳动报酬的，应当提前取得工作许可证和工作居留证（合并为工作签证），才能在中国合法就业。持有工作签证的外国人可以在有效期内多次往返中国和海外，无需额外申请签证。外国人首次办理工作许可证和居留许可证一般为12个月，期满可申请延期。
