3）不可撤销的信用证通知书（TheStandardFormfortheNotificationofDocumentaryLetterofCredit）

4）跟随者信用证变更书的规格（TheStandardFormfortheAmendmenttoDocumentaryLetterofCredit）

2.开立信用证的方式：

1）信印刷尺寸（Toopenbyairmail）：开证金融机构选择印制信件格式的信用证，开证后，通过航空公司邮寄通知行。

2）电印刷尺寸（Toopenbycable）：开证金融机构应用电传、发传真，SWIFT各种通信设备将信用证条文传递给通知行。

a）简电本（Briefcable）：开证金融机构只通知已经开证，并提前通知信用证的具体内容，详细规定将另行邮寄通知。简电在法律法规中是无用的，不能作为交单议付的依据。

b)全电本（Fullcable）：开证金融机构以电通信设备的方式开证，并将所有信用证条款传递给通知行。全电源原本是交单议付的依据。
